Jane's facilitative training style and the belief that people learn best when they can relate theoretical principles to their own experience has proved to be the foundation of her path in training in communication. Known for her patient 'learner centred' training, she has cultivated a very loyal following of clients all of whom are praising of her thorough and determined approach to deliver 'value' and confidence to her trainees. Whilst also running her own Training and Development Consultancy (Amaranth Consulting) since June 2001; Jane has gone on to build an impressive portfolio of clients across a wide variety of sectors including Banking, Engineering and Pharmaceutical organisations. Her varied talents and ability to build strong long-term client relationships was initially forged in the public sector, where she has worked with a number of NHS Trusts and the Prison Service. She is currently working on a long-term project with an Insurance Sector Organisation, creating an in-house Management Academy. The project involves mapping their succession plan and core competencies to IIP Standards and ILM Management Qualifications Structure. The aim is to create a developmental pathway from claims handler, through the various levels of management to the boardroom. Her early career took her from Admin Assistant in the Lord Chancellor's Department, through to becoming Personal Assistant to the European Finance Director of a World-wide IT Company.
